If the document requires an apostille, we will use a Legalisation Agent to handle this for us. The costs quoted above include an application for a single apostille. Multiple apostilles will require a quote from us upon request.

If you would like me to travel to your home or place of business, I reserve the right to charge additional fees to the ones given above.

Please note that we do not arrange apostille and embassy services for certain countries (such as China, UAE, Vietnam) but in these cases, we would arrange the notarising and then return the documents to you and you can either send the documents direct for the apostille and embassy service or I can signpost a Legalisation Agent that we regularly use for you to contact them direct.

Our preferred methods of payment are by debit or credit card or a bank transfer using an online banking app or on production of an invoice though we can also accept cash or cheque. Payment of the invoice must be made within 7 days of production.

Any queries regarding the charges must be made in advance of the appointment.
